EZ-UP External Frame Cleanroom

Quick-Install BioSafe® Vinyl Cleanroom

Fullerton, CA – Terra Universal introduces their BioSafe EZ-UP Cleanroom® External Frame, a pre-configured enclosure designed for aseptic applications such as in biomedical and pharmaceutical settings. The cleanroom consists of easy-clean 40-mil vinyl panels that are pulled taut by an adjustable external steel frame. End panels are zippered into place, which help hold internal pressure to meet ISO 8 cleanliness requirements. The powder-coated steel frame supports up to two horizontal-flow HEPA or ULPA fan/filter units.
The low-cost room, in preconfigured kit designs, can be installed within hours. As the frame is external, the room's interior is smooth, making it appropriate for aseptic processes; disinfecting wipe-downs are easily done, and contaminating particles have few places to hide. The transparent vinyl panels are flame-resistant and anti-static, making this enclosure appropriate for a wide range of applications. Optional low-energy LED light strips attach to the vinyl or frame to add illumination.
Rooms come with either a frameless swing door made of acrylic or static-dissipative PVC, or a zippered entryway. Floor coving is also available to close gaps around the cleanroom perimeter and simplify clean-up.
