BioSafe® EZ-Out Racks and Shelves

Fullerton, CA –Terra Universal introduces a pass-through chamber rack-and-shelf system that is space-efficient and removable for aseptic sterilization. The shelves rest on glide rollers, making them easy to push and pull; frictionless motion won’t generate contaminating particulates. The system makes use of all possible room inside the chamber, increasing load and transfer efficiency.
The racks and shelves install in 30"W x 20"D x 18.5"H chambers, one from each of Terra’s primary pass-through product lines: CleanSeam+™, BioSafe, BioSafe+®, Smart Pass-Through™, and Smart BioSafe+. The rack-and-shelf system comprises electropolished stainless steel wire components to maintain an aseptic environment for sensitive materials; easily lift out for autoclaving or wipe-down.
The extending roller shelves automatically stop at full extension, and won’t fall out or tip. Optional removable all-wire shelves without runners fit on the racks, also equipped with shelf stops to prevent accidental tipping.
Trays in solid or perforated ultra-clean electropolished stainless steel are available to hold smaller parts that may fall through wire racks. Perforations allow unobstructed laminar air flow, and also reduce surface area where contaminants may accumulate. Electropolished stainless steel has been treated to remove impurities and create an ultra-smooth surface that's free of burrs that can trap particulates.
