C12 Series of Photoelectric Sensors

Contrinex C-12 sensors offer powerful detection that can be installed in almost any environment.
The full line includes 22 different models that offer diffuse sensing featuring background suppression, through-beam detection, and polarized retro-reflective sensing technologies.

Sensor housings are built using high temperature-resistant ABS plastic and feature ultra-transparent PMMA windows. The case of the sensor is ultrasonically welded to provide dust-proof, water resistant IP-67 rated protection. All sensors are available in PNP or NPN transistor polarities to provide maximum design flexibility.

Each C-12 sub-miniature housing weighs less than 25 grams and offers detection distances that are two times greater than other alternatives that are available in the market.

Installation is also a "snap" with two standard-spaced metal reinforced through holes.
