Digilube Systems, Inc. (Springboro, OH) has developed the "Green Technology" CleanLUBE, which is, according to the company, the first thin film to lubricate up to 600°F. It also has virtually no VOCs, no flash point, a non-toxic composition, and is biodegradable. In addition, it protects from rust, wear, and oxidation with long-term thermal stability. CleanLUBE can reduce lubricant consumption compared to other thin film/dry film lubricants as well.
