Electronics Systems, Inc. today announced that it has acquired two new Fuji AIMEX surface mount placement machines, which it says will give its manufacturing processes better quality and more flexibility to meet the demands of today’s electronic manufacturing services market. The new machines will more than double the company’s surface mount placement capacity.

Sioux Falls, S.D. (Manufacturing.net) — Electronics Systems, Inc. today announced that it has acquired two new Fuji AIMEX surface mount placement machines, which it says will give its manufacturing processes better quality and more flexibility to meet the demands of today’s electronic manufacturing services market. The new machines will more than double the company’s surface mount placement capacity, with each scalable to up to four robot heads per machines. Fast changeovers accommodate multiple schedule changes per day to meet a customer’s needs. The Fuji AIMEX series features interchangeable and reconfiguratlbe placement heads, a large feeder capacity, PCBs up to 24 x 29.5”, gang feeder replacement and more.
