Low Profile Cart Eliminates Bending and Dragging

The L44 Low Profile Cart from CECOR Inc. has been designed to eliminate bending and moving heavy plastic totes or makeshift bins across the shop floor. The company says the practice or dragging dense loads of metal chips or parts is difficult and can cause back injuries, which makes the cart ideal for efforts to improve worker ergonomics.

(Verona, Wis.) has been designed to eliminate bending and moving heavy plastic totes or makeshift bins across the shop floor. The company says the practice or dragging dense loads of metal chips or parts is difficult and can cause back injuries, which makes the cart ideal for efforts to improve worker ergonomics. The L44 is mounted on 4” phenolic casters, which means the bottom is only 2-3/8” from the floor, and the casters roll smoothly to allow single-person maneuverability. There is a capacity of 6.9 cubic feet, but with an overall height of only 15-1/2”, the cart fits next to machine tools or beneath conveyor belts. The push handle is removable to allow placement in tight spaces.
