ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — Manufacturer 3D Systems Corp. has acquired Bits From Bytes Limited, a UK maker of three-dimensional printers and printer kits.
3D Systems, a manufacturing and imaging company, said Tuesday that it plans to retain the entire Bits From Bytes management team and its operations in Bristol, England.
Shares of the company rose 40 cents ot close at $15.70 but were unchanged in after hours.
