SEATTLE (AP) — Boeing Co. said Tuesday it completed its acquisition of Summit Aeronautics Group, a company that makes titanium and other metal structures used in aircraft. Boeing, based in Chicago, said it will change Summit's name to Boeing Helena, reflecting Summit's headquarters in Montana.

Boeing, based in Chicago, said it will change Summit's name to Boeing Helena, reflecting Summit's headquarters in Montana. Boeing announced the deal Nov. 22 and has not disclosed terms.

Shares of Boeing rose 73 cents to $64 in afternoon trading.
