In today's 'Photo of the Day' take a look at a manufacturing facility that has rebounded with great success after a devastating disaster.

Four years ago, Yagisawa Shoten Co.’s manufacturing facility was completely destroyed by the tsunami that swept Japan. However, the traditional soy sauce maker has made an unbelievable recovery that “defies tsunami-scale odds” says the Associated Press and has built a successful facility in Ichinoseki, Iwate Prefecture, northeastern Japan. The secret behind this miraculous recovery lies in one of their company’s unique ingredient and method of making the soy sauce that has supposedly been passed down for decades. The pictures show workers at the new facility checking the extracted soy sauce in varying stages of production.
