Four years ago, Yagisawa Shoten Co.’s manufacturing facility was completely destroyed by the tsunami that swept Japan. However, the traditional soy sauce maker has made an unbelievable recovery that “defies tsunami-scale odds” says the Associated Press and has built a successful facility in Ichinoseki, Iwate Prefecture, northeastern Japan.
