NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Towing equipment manufacturer Miller Industries is expanding in Greeneville, Tenn. and adding 58 jobs.
The announcement Thursday by the company and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development said Miller will add a new product line that includes building and refurbishing over-the-road trailers that haul cars to dealerships.
The company is investing $1.8 million to expand its plant and install new machinery and equipment.
Miller's plant in Greene County employs nearly 90 people now. The company headquarters is in Chattanooga and Miller has 445 workers statewide.
