For temperature-sensitive filling applications, company manufactures filling machines with self-contained heat systems.
The self-contained heat system is capable of maintaining the product temperature plus or minus 2 degrees F. throughout the filler. Products such as cheese, soup, jam, sauces, cosmetics and wax are examples of products that can benefit from precise temperature control.
Hot Pour fillers also are available with other special features such as hopper agitation to maintain proper suspension of product, PLC control with operator interface and the entire filler dives for clean bottom-up filling.
