PROCESS EXPO will be delivering this year’s largest educational program for packaging and processing professionals in the food and beverage manufacturing industries as part of PROCESS EXPO University. The program, which takes place on September 15th-18th at McCormick Place in Chicago, will feature more than 35 hours of sessions led by academics from Universities across North America.

Q: Who can attend PROCESS EXPO University?
A: PROCESS EXPO University, which is located on the PROCESS EXPO show floor, is open for free to anyone that attends the show. Additionally, food and beverage professionals that attend the Dairy Show and InterBev can take advantage of the educational programming too.
Q: Which industries will be featured in the program?
A: Our educational sessions cover topics that are relevant to professionals in the packaging and processing industries and include programs for every category within food and beverage areas. There will be specialized tracks for meat and poultry, bakery, beverage and fresh food, among others.
Q: Can you tell us about the special educational programs that you are running with InterBev?
A: Within PROCESS EXPO University, InterBev Process will offer many beverage specific sessions, sponsored by ISBT, the International Society of Beverage Technologists.
