The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association Poultry Care and Handling Workshop will be held August 9-10 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta, GA.
Highlights of the workshop include: Care and Handling at the Processing Plant, Catching and Hauling Training Programs, and Customer Expectations for Poultry Care and Handling.
