Pneumatic Valve Connection

The XV connection concept makes it possible to add valve manifolds to an already extensive I/O system with minimal configuration effort. They allow standard devices to be used with multi-pin connectors instead of valve manifolds with expensive fieldbus connectors. This compact solution for integrating pneumatic control directly in an automation system creates considerable savings for the user. The amount of wiring required is greatly reduced, especially for configurations with a large number of valves. Additionally, smaller pneumatic applications can benefit from cost savings by selecting the optimal number of channels for the valve manifold connection.
