Arkema and SpecialChem Launch Online Tech Center

Arkema and SpecialChem have launched the Polyamide 11 & 12 Technical Center online to help engineers develop innovative products using Rilsan polyamides. Arkema is a global chemical company with three business segments: vinyl products, industrial chemicals, and performance products. SpecialChem is an online accelerator that focuses on specialty chemicals and plastics. The collaboration is being handled by Arkema's Technical Polymers Business Unit and Omnexus, a division of SpecialChem, in order to promote a variety of high-performance Rilsan polyamide grades. The online technical center provides information about product selection, applications, and new grades. Rilsan polyamides, both injection-molded and extruded grades, offer a combination of high-performance attributes including chemical resistance, toughness, abrasion resistance, ease-of-processing, and customized levels of flexibility.
