Metering Valve

The Series 100 Accu-Flo Metering Valve is designed for precision gas admissions in various vacuum processes and the control of systems pressures as low as 1 x 10-11 Torr. It is available in chrome-plated brass or 300 series stainless steel with various end connections. All valves are leak tested on helium mass spectrometer having sensitivity of 1 x 10-10 std. cc/sec.
