Engineering and construction company Fluor Corp. said Friday that it has received an engineering, procurement and construction management contract from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. and Dow Chemical Co. for a Saudi Arabian chemical complex.
Terms were not disclosed.
Fluor will be responsible for work on the complex's infrastructure, piping and other components.
The al-Jubail chemical complex will be owned and run by the Sadara Chemical Co., a joint venture between Dow Chemical and Saudi Arabian Oil.
