Chemical company Huntsman Corp. said Tuesday that it has appointed Robert Margetts as a new director to its board.
Robert, 63, has served as chairman of Huntsman Corp. Europe since 2000. He resigned from the in connection with his appointment as a director. He also serves as Chairman of Ensus Limited, the Energy Technologies Institute, Ordnance Survey and as a Non-Executive Director of Wellstream Holdings PLC and Falck Renewables PLC.
The Huntsman Board now comprises 10 directors, seven of whom are independent directors.
