EU carbon eases slightly after resistance holds

LONDON (Reuters) - European Union carbon permit prices were barely changed on Wednesday as prices sought direction, traders said.

LONDON (Reuters) - European Union carbon permit prices were barely changed on Wednesday as prices sought direction, traders said.

EU Allowance futures for December delivery were down 8 cents or 0.55 percent to 14.42 euros ($18.96) a tonne on 446 lots traded at 3:31 a.m. ET.

Traders said prices tested a key resistance level of 14.65 euros on Tuesday but were not able to break it.
