OPW Fueling Components, the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, has named Phil Carlin as president of its OPW Fuel Management Systems Inc. business unit. Carlin will replace David Crouse, who was recently promoted to president of OPW Fluid Transfer Group. OPW Fuel Management Systems Inc., located in Hodgkins, IL, specializes in the design and manufacture of tank gauges; tank level monitors; tank, sump, and monitoring well gauges; sensors and systems for liquid level monitoring and leak detection; and automated fuel control systems.
