BOARDMAN, Ore. (AP) — ConAgra Foods, Inc. says it will expand its operations at the Lamb Weston processing facility in Boardman.
The East Oregonian reports (https://goo.gl/Xc04qg ) the $30 million investment will add new capacity to make hash browns, potato puffs and other products. The company said in a news release Friday that construction on the processing line is expected to begin this spring and be completed in 2017.
There are currently nearly 400 workers at Lamb Weston in Boardman. The expansion is expected to add 50 jobs.
