GE Capital, Franchise Finance Provides $12.4 Million to Hilton Garden Inn® Operators, Paragon Hotel Company
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--10 August 2011-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance recently provided $12.4 million to Lynchburg Hotel Group, LLC, a unit of Paragon Hotel Company, for the refinancing of a Hilton Garden Inn®, located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Funding was provided through GE Capitals bank affiliate, GE Capital Financial Inc.

Paragon Hotel Company currently owns and operates 17 hotels throughout the Southeast United States.
