("Shenzhen YPC"), today announced that it will hold its 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on Monday, August 2, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. China Standard Time. Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 24, 2010 have been issued copies of the meeting notice and proxy materials.
