ST. LOUIS (AP) -- K-V Pharmaceutical Co. on Tuesday named Stephen A. Stamp chief financial officer and treasurer.
Stamp served most recently as chief operating offer and CFO for Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals and has more than 27 years of finance experience, according to a statement from K-V. He will report to interim CEO David Van Vliet.
K-V shares rose a penny to $1.58 in afternoon trading.
