TORONTO, Ont. -- ABC Group, Inc., an automotive parts supplier, appointed Helga Schmidt as chairman, and Mark Poynton and Robert Kunihiro as co-managing directors.

Mark Poynton joined ABC Group in 2001 and most recently served as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Robert Kunihiro most recently served as executive vice presient and chief financial officer.
