TROY, Mich. (AP) -- ArvinMeritor Inc., an auto parts supplier, on Tuesday made three executive changes.
Carsten Reinhardt, 42, becomes senior vice president and chief operating officer. He was previously senior vice president and president of the company's commercial vehicle systems business group.
Tim Bowes, 46, was named vice president and president of the company's industrial division. He was previously vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific.
Joe Mejaly, 49, was named vice president and president of the company's aftermarket and trailer unit. He was previously vice president and general manager of the commercial vehicle aftermarket and trailer business.
All posts are new positions.
Shares rose 12 cents to $8.81 during morning trading.
