SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- PMC-Sierra Inc. on Wednesday named Greg Lang as president and chief executive.
Lang succeeds Robert Bailey, who will resign after the maker of communications semiconductors files its first-quarter results around May 9.
Lang previously served as president and CEO of Integrated Device Technology Inc.
Bailey will remain chairman, while Lang becomes a board member.
