COLUMBUS, Ind. (AP) — Diesel engine maker Cummins Inc. said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Jean Blackwell has been named executive vice president of corporate responsibility and chief executive of the Cummins Foundation.
Subsequently, Pat Ward, current vice president and engine business controller, has been promoted to CFO, effective May 1.
Blackwell joined the company in 1997 and has served in various roles, including general counsel and vice president of human resources.
Ward has held a number of finance leadership positions since joining Cummins in 1987.
