LATROBE, Pa. (AP) — Kennametal Inc. President and Chief Executive Carlos Cardoso will replace Larry Yost as chairman on Jan. 1, the industrial products maker said Wednesday.
Yost, 69, will become lead director and continue as chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee. He became chairman Jan. 1.
Cardoso, 49, joined Kennametal in 2003. He previously had executive positions with Flowserve Corp., Honeywell/Allied Signal and Colt Industries.
