Modine Names Rulseh Regional VP Of Americas

James R. Rulseh named regional vice president for the Americas, effective immediately; Thomas F. Marry named managing director, powertrain.

RACINE, Wis. (AP) — Modine Manufacturing Co., which makes heating and cooling systems for trucks and buildings, on Thursday named James R. Rulseh as regional vice president for the Americas, effective immediately.
 
Rulseh joined the company in 1977 and most recently served as vice president for Asia.
 
Thomas F. Marry was named as his replacement, effective Nov. 1. Marry, who joined Modine in 1998 and will be based in Shanghai, most recently served as managing director for powertrain cooling products.
 
Paul C. Byrne will take his place. Byrne, who joined Modine in 1985, currently serves as managing director for global engine products, a position which will now go to Scott D. Wollenberg, who joined Modine in 1992 and has served as regional director for engine products since 2006.
 
Shares of Modine, which also on Thursday announced a drop in second-quarter profit, fell $1.35, or 5 percent, to $25.75 in morning trading.
