TOTOWA, N.J. (AP) — Medical products maker Vital Signs Inc. said Wednesday it named Mark Mishler as chief financial officer to replace William Craig, who resigned Oct. 5 to take a position with investment firm Fifth Street Capital.
Mishler, who will begin his new role Nov. 1, previously served as corporate controller for Fedders Corp., a manufacturer of air conditioners.
