EMERYVILLE, Calif. - Bionovo, Inc. announced Thursday it hired Rob Frankenberg, Ph.D., PMP, as Vice President of Drug Manufacturing.
Dr. Frankenberg has 15 years of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls experience and holds a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, and a Ph.D. form the University of California, San Francisco/University of California, Berkeley Joint Graduate Group in Bioengineering with an emphasis in biochemical engineering.
He was previously with Bayer HealthCare, where he held a variety of technical and senior project management positions.
Bionovo is a drug development company focusing on the discovery of pharmaceutical agents for cancer and women’s health.
