Patrick Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of component products and a distributor of building products, announced Wednesday its acquisition of Adorn, LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of interior components to the recreational vehicle (RV) and manufactured housing (MH) industries.
Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to be completed in six to eight weeks.
Adorn, headquartered in Elkhart, Ind., had about $240 million in revenue in 2006, and has three facilities in Elkhart and manufacturing facilities in eight other states. Adorn also manufactures laminated products and slotwall for the industrial market.
According to Paul Hassler, President and CEO of Patrick Industries, the aquisition of Adorn's product line will complement its existing product lines, while extending the companies reach in the industrial sectors.
Patrick Industries reported 2006 revenue of $348 million and has locations in 12 states.
