Modine Gets Contract From Navistar Unit

Deal with International Truck could be worth more than $100 million.

Modine Manufacturing Co., which makes parts for heating and air conditioning systems, said Thursday it has received a contract from International Truck and Engine Corp., a unit of Navistar International, to help keep their lube oil and diesel fuel systems running cool.

The order, for International Truck's 2007 6.4L Power Stroke Diesel Engine systems, is expected to generate $35 million in sales per year over the three-year program.

Modine will provide high-efficiency lube oil coolers and diesel fuel cooler modules. It will also assemble a fuel cooler module. Modine will begin making the products in August.
