A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket took off this morning carrying two prototype radar-imaging satellites, successfully deploying them to low-Earth orbit. The Paz satellites are the first step in a proposed constellation of thousands, which could provide internet to underserved locations. Limited service is anticipated to begin in 2020.
