ConAgra is uniting its flour milling business with Horizon Milling. Horizon is a joint venture between Cargill and CHS and is currently the largest miller in the country. The new company will be called Ardent Mills. ConAgra expressed optimism through spokesperson Becky Niiya, who said,
"We strongly believe the formation of Ardent Mills will enhance competition and customer and consumer choice."
