WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Boeing Co. has received a $962.5 million contract to build five C-17 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Department said Monday.
So far, $471.6 million has been set aside for the contract, the department said.
Boeing shares slipped 47 cents to $77.30 in aftermarket trading. The shares fell $1.26 to $77.77 during the regular session.
