Transplace Acquires SCO Logistics

Leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology has acquired SCO Logistics, a Philadelphia-based logistics services company focused on chemical industry needs and requirements.

DALLAS -- Transplace, a leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, today announced it has acquired SCO Logistics, a Philadelphia-based logistics services company focused on chemical industry needs and requirements. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
