TAUNTON, MA -- Perkins Paper, Inc. has announced the agreement to purchase certain assets of Cirelli Foods, Inc. of Middleborough, MA, effective November 1, 2010.
Perkins is a privately owned broadline wholesale distributor of food service paper, janitorial and sanitation, restaurant equipment and supplies, and food products. Their main focus of distribution is the New England region, as well as New York and New Jersey. They are a member of UNIPRO, NPTA, ISSA, SEFA, DDA, IFDA, as well as one of the founding members of Network Associates, Mount Prospect, IL.
