YORBA LINDA, Calif. (AP) -- Calnetix Inc. said Thursday it has sold certain waste heat recovery and renewable energy assets to General Electric Co.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GE acquired the assets from Calnetix subsidiary Calnetix Power Solutions of Stuart, Fla., which builds green, energy efficient waste heat recovery systems for renewable energy.
GE shares added 14 cents to $17.05 in afternoon trading.
