MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) -- Manufacturer Honeywell International Inc. said Wednesday its acquisition of Sperian Protection is complete.
Honeywell offered in May to buy the protective clothing maker for $1.1 billion, or $1.4 billion including debt. Sperian, which is based in France, will become part of the life safety division of Honeywell's automation and control solutions business.
