MEDINA, Ohio (AP) -- RPM International Inc. said its building solutions group bought Park Dis Ticaret AS, a supplier of sealants, tapes and membranes to Turkey's construction industry.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
RPM said Tuesday that the Istanbul-based company has annual sales of $10 million. RPM expects the deal to add to earnings within one year.
RPM is a holding company that owns industrial brands and consumer brands, including Rust-Oleum.
Shares of the company fell 2 cents to $20 in morning trading.
