KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) -- Carrier Corp.'s Automated Logic Corp., which makes control systems for heating, ventilation and energy management of buildings, said Wednesday it bought RCMS Controls.
Financial terms were undisclosed.
RCMS, an Automated Logic dealer since 1990, makes and installs building control systems for higher education, commercial, and institutional buildings in Connecticut.
Carrier Corp. is a unit of Hartford, Conn.-based United Technologies Corp.
