ATLANTA (AP) -- Wood and paper products maker Georgia-Pacific announced Wednesday that it has completed the $400 million purchase of four Grant Forest Products' facilities.
The purchase, announced in January, includes oriented-strand board plants in Allendale and Clarendon, S.C., as well as sites in Englehart and Earlton, Ontario.
Georgia-Pacific currently has seven facilities operating in South Carolina as well as a wood and fiber supply office.
