ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- Eastman Kodak Co. said Tuesday it completed its purchase of the scanner division of Bowe Bell + Howell for an undisclosed amount.
The scanner division is now part of Kodak's Document Imaging Business, which is within its Business Solutions and Services Group.
Approximately 50 employees of Wheeling, Ill.-based Bell + Howell have joined Kodak as part of the transaction.
Shares fell 2 cents in aftermarket trading to $5.43.
