LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) -- Herley Industries Inc. said Monday that a subsidiary won contracts totaling $1.7 million from a defense contractor to supply tracking transponders for missile programs.
The company said the work was received by its Micro Systems Inc. subsidiary in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
Herley designs and manufactures microwave-technology products for the defense, aerospace and medical industries.
Shares rose 8 cents to $15.08 in afternoon trading.
