SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (AP) -- Motorola Inc. said Friday that it has closed its acquisition of Israeli company BitBand Technologies Ltd., which makes equipment that enables the viewing of video over high-speed Internet connections.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
BitBand's operations will be integrated into the Home & Networks Mobility unit, a manufacturer of set-top boxes and other equipment.
Shares of Motorola, based in Schaumburg, Ill., were unchanged at $7.01 in morning trading.
