Boeing Gets 2 More 737-800 Orders

Panama’s Copa Airlines has ordered two more 737-800s, adding to the 13 ordered in July for a total of 29 to be delivered, says Boeing.

SEATTLE (AP) -- Boeing says that Panama's Copa Airlines has ordered two more 737-800s.

Monday's order is valued at $152 million at list prices. Copa also ordered 13 of the planes in July and has a total of 29 to be delivered.

Boeing says Copa flies some of the longest 737 routes in the world, making connections between Panama and Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Santiago, Sao Paulo and Los Angeles.
