GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) -- The head of brewer Molson Coors says the company will keep its headquarters in Denver regardless of possible relocations as a result of its pending joint venture with SABMiller.
Most of the 100 employees who run Molson Coors work in the downtown Denver office. The company has a co-headquarters in Montreal.
Molson Coors CEO Leo Kiely said Thursday after a Coors shareholder meeting that no decisions have been made about where Coors and SABMiller will locate key top executives of the joint venture. He will become CEO of the merged operation.
