CEDAR RAPIDS (AP) -- Rockwell Collins Inc. completed its acquisition of flight navigation electronics maker Athena Technologies Inc., the aerospace supplier said Monday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Rockwell, which first announced the deal in early March, said then that the acquisition would expand its control offerings in both the military and commercial markets.
